RITUALS BODY SCRUB

Good Luck Scrub by Rituals  H E R E      Himalaya Scrub by Rituals  H E R E

The beauty secret for a beautiful, soft, radiant and luminous skin, scrub of course. This beauty routine removes dead skin and regenerate your skin. Generally, you could exfoliate. your skin two times a week for normal skin and weekly if you have dry skin. What you need to do is to apply the scrub to wet skin with an exfoliating glove and gently rubbing in a circular manner. Scrub can be chemical or mechanical, mechanical exfoliants work by sanding off dead skin cells using mildly abrasive substances like salt, sugar, sand, coffee. A chemical skin exfoliant uses gentle acids to dissolve whatever bonds are preventing the outer layer of dead skin cells from falling off your face and body. In this post I'm going to talk about two kinds of mechanical exfoliants.

Sugar Scurb
Sugar was used by the Romans, by mixing sugar with honey and milk, sugar scrub is better if you have sensitive skin or if you want a light scrub, because sugar beans are smaller and less abrasive.

Salt Scrub
Salt was already used by the Egyptians as a beauty ritual , They combined salt with olive oil and almond oil, to exfoliate their skin and keep it looking younger. Salt is what a dry skin needs, because salt is more abrasive than sugar. I advise you to use a salt scrub on the dry skin area of your body.
